The end of summer vacation and the beginning of the school year is a challenging time for children and their caregivers. With the return to school come a variety of emotions, more opportunities to spend time on social media, and the very difficult problem of peer violence.
How to deal with difficult situations? How to behave? How not to miss an important moment and ask for help in time? It is worth getting to know our emotions and considering possible solutions and their effects.
Interactive films that allow viewers to choose the next scenario can help.
Get to know the characters’ stories and write the script!
We invite you to participate in the “Open Up to Help” project! We present three films, and you can decide how the characters’ stories will unfold and learn how to deal with difficult situations.

• Emotions – several everyday stories and characters of different ages. Watch the film, choose a scenario, and learn to better recognize emotions and deal with them on a daily basis [link emotions]
• Social media – how to cope in the world of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube? How to control the time spent in front of the screen? What to do when we get too involved? You will find tips in the interactive video [link to video]

• Peer violence at school is a very difficult problem that students have to deal with on a daily basis. Watch a film developed in collaboration with psychologists and write a scenario for change. You will also learn about real stories. [link to film]

Through the project we are implementing together with the Kurier Poranny daily newspaper, we want to convince everyone that each of us can have a positive impact on the lives of others and the world around us!
