Mammography tests can be performed in a professional mammobus in our parking lot. It is worth signing up in advance by calling 42 254 64 17, choosing a convenient time and avoiding waiting in line.

Free mammography tests are available to women aged 50 to 69 who have not had any tests performed in the last 2 years. Other ladies aged 40 to 49 or over 60 or those who have had their examinations in the last 24 months, will also be able to take advantage of the examination, but it will be paid PLN 100.

When applying for the examination, the patient should bring her ID card and the results of a previous breast examination, if any. This examination does not require any additional preparation. It is best to arrive in two-piece clothing so that you can easily undress from the waist up.

Mammography is an effective method of early detection of breast cancer. The earlier the disease is diagnosed, the greater the chances of a full recovery! Therefore, it is not worth delaying this examination and taking care of your health in this way!

The examination will last less than a quarter of an hour and includes 4 projections (two for each breast). In the mammobus in front of our Shopping Centre, radiologists from the Medica Medical Centre will perform them.

The photos will be sent to the clinic, where a specialist doctor will prepare a description. The patient will receive information about the result via SMS or e-mail. If an alarming change is detected, the patient will receive a registered letter with a description, a referral for further tests and advice on what steps to take to start treatment.
