Additionally, adults and children can take part in health knowledge competitions with prizes.

You will be able to benefit from the advice of a manual therapist, Mateusz Niewiński, who will tell you what to do to get back into good shape and get rid of pain. During the campaign, you will also be able to enjoy a free massage offered by Dobry Massage Agata Dobkowska. Those interested will be able to enjoy a relaxing face or back massage, Kobido facial massage, classic health massage, as well as an “office” massage. The latter is especially recommended for people who spend many hours a day in a sitting position.
In turn, psychodietician Janetta Sidoruk, after analysing body composition using a special device, will advise you how to change your eating habits to feel better and lose unnecessary kilograms.

You will also be able to take advantage of a free eye examination conducted by specialists from Optyka Kodano.

In turn, at the stand of the Medical Care medical store, which is also located in the passage of our Shopping Centre, you will be able to receive advice on products that support our muscles and joints, as well as rehabilitation devices.

Mary Kay consultants will offer free hand and face skin care treatments and will advise you on how to take care of your beauty on a daily basis.
